its a crime throwing wedding dinners

the more i attend wedding dinners, the more ardent I become about NOT throwing one in future.
i wonder if I've blogged about it before,
big wedding dinners often feel sooooo insincere and cold.

I went for my mom's-brother's-wife's-brother's wedding dinner today,
whom I did not know of his name until upon arrival,
and it just awfully tacky.

firstly,
i'd never ever wanna throw such a big dinner whom you don't even know who you're saying hi to.
BUT if I really have have have to,
i'll do it unconventionally, and definately with grave consideration with aesthetic and taste.

gee.
today's dinner was buffet style,
bad organising of tables and placement of the oh-so-common-stage,
door gifts were of awful colours,
QC of catered food was baddddd,
the gown was tacky,
the cake was tacky,
the photographer was tackier...
AND THE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHS, oh my dear.

I think its a crime to scrimp on your big day.
might as well save all that money
AND that embarrassement.

nevertheless, *meekly*
sincerely,
congratulations to the newly weds!
