2006

as the first day of the new year draws close to an end,
i guess i'd like to force out some reflections and thoughts about 2006.

have 2006 been a good year?
it zoomed past for me,
all i could remember were times being buried under tremendous datelines.
there were of course; the birth of beloved friendships.

2006 was a year bursting with dreams and hardwork,
Was a year when I recieved backlash I cared about from people I don't really care about.
Was a year when I couldn't move with the change in system, and got stuck with hatred and emotions.
Was a year of alot of travelling, hence alot of inspiration and broadening of minds. (*Shanghai/Perth/Japan)
Was a year when I plucked out my wisdom teeth.
Was a year I got inspired by alot of designers.
Was a year I rekindle friendships with EXTREMELY old friends.
Was a year I tried to rekindle my guiding light, alot.
Was a year I became a mac addict.
Was a year I turned 18 and clubbed.
Was a year I entirely stayed in the same relationship, with the same guy. WOW.
Was also a year I undergone an identity crisis.

Wow, what milestones.

And as 2007 begins, I will be picking up Golf, Driving and resume running.
-Slow down on my academic stuff now since I've completed most of modules needed to graduate,
-Instead, use the extra time to do real stuff outside, hopefully as a part-time photo assistant.
-Prepare and focus for my admission requirements to university in Jan 08.
-Maybe... find religion. Because I feels the pulling of heartstrings of missing an important woman in my life, whom perhaps through finding religion, may find myself re-uniting with her.
-Take an active role in participating in competitions, internationally and locally.
-Maintain friendships.
-Blog more, think more.
-Become healthier and more fit.

I am one ambitious lady.
